Fitness has seen a particular rise in popularity over the last few years, and everybody seems to be participating in its evolution.
Over 10 million people are a member of a gym in the UK and lots of social media pages are dedicated to gym exercises and a healthy lifestyle. Because going to the gym is not only a sport, it is a way of living.
London has all kinds of gyms spread around the city, from the low fitness market to very expensive places, fitness is deeply anchored.
But what about its popularity among UK students? Can they afford it? Is it about a status? And is this whole trend overrated?
I asked among UK students, their thoughts about this trend and if they themselves were members of a gym club.
