World Vegan Day treats you can find in your local supermarket

Happy World Vegan Day!

It was established in 1994 by Louise Wallis – then Chair of The Vegan Society in the UK – to commemorate their 50th anniversary and the coining of the terms “vegan” and “veganism”.

Since then, many treats have been termed ‘accidentally vegan’ in supermarkets – as very few vegans were unaware it was safe to eat.
