There’s a new store in town: Reserved

The name “Reserved’ was chosen in 1998, when the brand first launched, it only appealed to Polish customers. Now, twenty years later, it is established across many markets. The Polish label has now opened in the center of London alongside other fashion-forward high-street brands- Topshop, River Island, Berska and others. This new store aims to become one of the top five retailers in the world and stabilize its presence all around Europe.

What can we expect? Like H&M and Zara, the store offers womenswear, menswear and kidswear. Although it is not as ‘trend-led’ as some of its high street rivals, the prices are definitely more affordable which the customers seem to love.

Could this be a new threat to some of the other stores? We decided to interview store members and question whether they are worried about this new competition across the street.
