The US elections are slowly approaching and we are more than eager to find out who is going to win. While expecting the results, please enjoy the Trumps hilarious quotes regarding Covid-19

One of the biggest challenges of 2020 is the coronavirus pandemic. Everybody’s routine has changed and we had to amend all of our plans, change our workplaces and even the way we continue our studies. However, some of the dominating leaders around the world were more sceptical and denied the existence of the virus. So, did Donald Trump.

At the beginning of the pandemic, he refereed the virus as “just a flu“ and tried to predict that “in April supposedly it dies with the hotter weather.“ Apparently, not only the virus didn’t disappear but also now most of the countries are experiencing a second wave.

“I see the disinfectant that knocks it out in a minute, one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or almost a cleaning? As you see, it gets in the lungs, it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it would be interesting to check that.”

On 23^rd April Trump said that by “injecting“ our bodies with “disinfectants“ we might be able to kill the virus because the antibacterial product might also clean the body. Thankfully, the medical advisors reacted immediately and denied the president suggestions.

The comedian Sarah Cooper really “gets” Trumps ideas and her lip-sync abilities make the best interpretations of his ideas.

“They have been wrong about a lot of things, including face masks. Maybe they are wrong, maybe not. But a lot of them said, don’t wear a mask, don’t wear a mask. And now they are saying, wear a mask.”

So, do we have to wear a mask or not? Luckily, he will find the answer.

“It’s going to disappear. One day – it’s like a miracle – it will disappear.“
He promised on the 26^th February that the virus will disappear. Maybe on the 3^rd November, a miracle will happen.

 

“Cases are going up in the U.S. because we are testing far more than any other country. With smaller testing, we would show fewer cases.“

Sometimes even Trump needs to check with the experts before saying something he believes. Testing only shows the number of people already with the disease but it doesn’t increase the cases.
