If you don’t like to feel confined to the walls of your home, you can always throw on your gear and take yourself outside. Public parks are open to those who are partaking in exercise and the roads are always open for you to go on a little run. If you are heading out, make sure to bring a mask with you depending on how busy is the area you are travelling through.
Stay safe and stay active!
