Project Winter Wonderland: is it worth it?

Britains biggest Christmas fair, Winter Wonderland, has made its long awaited return after its cancellation last year due to the pandemic.

This popular annual festive favourite with a typical turn out rate of 3 million visitors is located in London’s Hyde park and a must for those seeking to either enjoy ice skating and circus shows to Christmas markets and live music.

In recent years, it has also become the dating hotspot for young couples with many singles from September onwards, begin to search for their winter beau.

But the infamous Christmas fair is notoriously known for how expensive it is with many calling it “overpriced.”

Voice of London correspondent, Uzma Khan investigates why people in the months leading up to Winter, search for dates to take there and why is it the go to place for young couples despite the hefty price that comes with it?
