Meet A Professional Lightsaber Maker

Star Wars Episode IX is closer than ever, with the Skywalker Saga ending once and for all. The lightsabers that are used in the movies are carefully handcrafted for months before they arrive in the protagonists’ hands. Khal Jahromi is a professional LED saber maker, who lives in London and managed to turn his hobby into a career.

From making his first lightsaber with his dad on a kitchen table to getting over 12 thousand orders from people all around the world, Khal’s life has changed dramatically over the years.

On his website, the Saber Armory, Khal sells complete Lightsaber Kits, like the latest one from the video game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

If you are interested in getting your hands dirty and make your own lightsaber, you can also find the essential components to build one.

And as Yoda would say: Careful not to fall to the dark side when you use your newfound lightsaber skills, be.
