With 1 million records sold in the bag, 14 official singles and 9 world tours, Mayday Parade hit back the UK to co-headline a tour with The Wonder Years, which has been described “a collaboration we always wanted to happen” by Derek himself.
Fifteen years in the business, the boys from Tallahassee, Florida have shared the same growth and experiences with The Wonder Years, from the earliest Warped Tours in 2013. “It was the time for us to do it, and I am so happy we crossed path” he commented.
A few days ago, we had the chance to hang out with Derek Sanders a few minutes before their set at London iconic venue Troxy, home of the Kerrang! Awards; he told us about sharing the stage with The Wonder Years, the release of “Sunnyland” and being always on the road.
