Reports emerged about a seriously injured man who was, allegedly, deliberately pushed under a train in north London.

The alleged incident happened around 11:45am this morning at the northern line station Kentish Town.
Eyewitnesses on Twitter claimed a man was shoved onto the tracks as a train approached.

A spokesperson for the British Transport Police commentted: “We are currently investigating an incident at Kentish Town London Underground in which a man has been struck by a train.
“The incident happened at about 11.45am today and the man has suffered serious injuries and is currently being treated by paramedics from London Ambulance Service.
“We are currently treating the incident as suspicious and are appealing for any witnesses to the incident to come forward.”
