Green Smoothie for your breakfast

I think green smoothie is a great idea for every fan of detox and healthy lifestyle. It boosts your energy for the rest of the day, makes your skin clear and soft and also in one glass you can pack all vitamins and minerals!

Ingredients:

2 collard green leaves (can be spinach),

Rockets (can be parsley or mint),

Piece of peeled ginger,

1 big Apple without peeling,

1 lime

Water (sparkling or still)

Method:

Rinse all the fruits and veggies

Chop the ingredients into small pieces

Peel off a piece of ginger

                    Add everything in blender

Blend it and enjoy it!!!
