‘Love and light’ are two words that shine from the beautiful Goddess Michelle Patrick, the founder of Earth Oracle. Having studied at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine and recognising the importance of our earth and what it provides, her intellect and knowledge are valuable for any Londoner’s health and well-being. Stay mindful and open your world up to the earth’s wonderful beauties and even to the natural remedy and food spots that can be found in and around London.

It’s not very often you come across an enlightening figure that has such an admirable aura you just can’t get enough of. Well, that is the case here, and I’m sure most of you will agree: this woman looks like a Goddess, acts like a Goddess and is a great role model to people ‘on the go’ in the busy city of London.
Looking like a Goddess, feeling like a Goddess, Michelle Patrick’s positive energy gives light to many people.

Happiness is found in relaxing as one with nature, whether that be just looking at the trees in the forest or bird watching. Staying healthy really isn’t that difficult and it doesn’t have to be expensive. Hyde Park has spectacular views, so why not take a blanket over there, enjoy a picnic and just ‘be’ for the day?

Among the busy lifestyle that many Londoners are caught up in, sustaining a strong and healthy mind is still possible. Nature is so beautiful, should more of us be consciously aware of Mother Nature and all that it provides for us?

As many may agree, nature has the answer to all of our problems. With Christmas approaching it is important we stock up on our ground vegetables, like potatoes, swede, carrot and onion, as it gives us the essential acids our body needs to keep us warm and get us though these cold winter months. Borough Market at Southwark Street is London’s “most renowned food market; a source of exceptional British and International produce.” So this may a good place to shop for those well-needed veggies. Or alternatively, you can grow your own!

Let the light shine through us. It’s nice to just stop and be still for a while, taking in the natural beauty of this world even if that means jetting off to a faraway place for a while after working hard in the busy city of London…

People smile and feel revitalised after appreciating the Earth’s natural beauty. Yet so many of us are failing to see it. We’re just too busy. The common phrase may be so relatable to many people, ‘you look but you don’t see’, can you see what I can see right below?

This photograph was taken whist Michelle was in Peru working along the indigenous medicine people. She closely studied the natural medicines that are found in The Amazon Rainforest, topping up her knowledge to then give back to the local people in and around London.
The locally-known Goddess of Nature says: “Nature goes through cycles. Growing up is not just gaining age, it’s growing in all directions.
“Something I’d like to really say is that Yoga is good for breathing which is incorporated with physical movement, so I definitely recommend this for spiritual growth and improving health in all areas.
“There are also many Buddha centres in London and Mantra classes (London’s Buddhist Centre for example), and the Shaolin Temple in London is spectacular. There are many amazing classes to be experienced.” Living in London it is nice to stop and take a moment for yourself, whether that is just walking through the forest or embracing a peaceful yoga class.
She runs events like this almost every month, so to make a booking or enquire about upcoming retreats, email her for some more info: firstname.lastname@example.org
So what do the people think about Michelle’s enlightening knowledge and natural-approach?
Louis Alexander, a previous client of hers says: “Mother Nature, is what she is known to me, increases the knowledge of your food and liquid intake into the body and increase the mindfulness of our human body.
“Not only that but she increases the consciousness of bad chemicals and the secretive things that the world fails to tell us. She has raised awareness for me when it comes down to making the right choices and has helped to heal my mind, body and soul in several areas, through natural remedies and meditative practices. I would recommend Michelle Patrick, Mother Nature to me, to absolutely anyone.”
Here is some extra info on places to go in and around London that can help anybody on a healthy and transformative journey:
There are so many natural medicine centres ready to transform the thinking of people who rely heavily on pharmaceuticals. London’s oldest herbalist G Baldwin & Co have many shops in and around London with professionals ready to offer advice on natural medicines and foods.
“These people are utterly brilliant! I have been using them for over a decade via mail order, and have more recently started using their on-line order service. I have placed two orders in the last month, both of which have been handled and delivered impeccably.
“Baldwin’s carry a huge amount of stock including: Homeopathy, Herbs and Tinctures, Energy Medicine, Aromatherapy Products/Essential Oils, Soap Making Materials, Beauty Care Products and Supplements.
“They are essentially a cornucopia of well-being, and have been operational since 1844! They stock thousands of products, which makes buying on-line a dream!”
Michelle Patrick recommends Hook & Son which provide food fresh from the farms and deliver straight to your door. This cuts out all the in-between stuff that goes on behind closed doors (that costs us a lot of money too!), so it equals to a more sustainable way of living, a healthier mind and body.
So do it today and make the move to spread love and light for our earth and build a well-being based on naturalness and beauty, something that can be achieved right on our very own doorstep…
To sum up what I’ve been talking about and to hear from the lady herself, here is a recording taken personally from myself in an exclusive interview with Michelle Patrick, the Goddess in Nature:
