Kings Cross will be no longer just a place to catch that train! Forget about platform 9¾ for a while, Kings Cross is turning to a place to eat, drink and shop til you drop with Canopy Market. The Real Food Festivals is running for two weekends in October (28 to 30 October) and November (25 to 27 November). You will find fresh fruit and vegetable, artisan bread, organic milk, or farmhouse cheeses, handmade desserts, craft coffee and much more.
Bad Brownie, Borough Cheese Co., The Charcuterie Board or Crosstown Doughnuts is coming to the Canopy Market town. So expect to find produce from the likes of Dusty Knuckle, Hook & Son and The Charcuterie Board, food from The Cheese Truck, Bell & Brisket and Crosstown and craft beer from a 1979 VW van. And once you’ve ate your way through the canopy, you can pick up some new arty bits or go digging for vinyl. The Canopy Market also associating with Made in Arts London (run by the Students’ Union of University of Arts London), who will be holding a makers and sellers market with talented artists and designers. Good item good price! The market will be at the heart of Kings Cross community. Hence, live DJs sets promise to light up in the air.
